Notifications & email

Everything your subscribers receive by email is configured here. There are two parts.

Email templates

Every subscriber notification — welcome, renewal receipt, the dunning sequence, the term-end nudge, and so on — ships with sensible default copy. You can override the copy per template so the wording matches your brand and policies.

Open the template list, pick a notification, and edit its content. Your override is saved against that template and used the next time the email sends. Templates you don't touch keep the platform defaults.

Sending domain

By default, subscriber emails come from the platform's sending domain. To send from your own brand instead (for example notifications.yourstore.com), configure a custom sending domain. This is a one-time setup that provisions a subdomain and walks you through a DNS verification step.

Once verified, outbound subscriber emails come from your domain, which improves deliverability and looks like you.
