B2B enrollment

B2B enrollment is a support-rep surface: a way to set up a subscription for a business buyer on the merchant's behalf. B2B buyers don't purchase subscriptions directly from the storefront widget — a rep reaches this page (through impersonation) and enrolls them.

Before you can use it

BigCommerce B2B Edition is required

This surface depends on BigCommerce B2B Edition — a separate BigCommerce product with its own install and activation. If B2B Edition isn't installed, the page explains the dependency instead of showing a form that would fail, and the B2B entry in the navigation stays inactive.

Add B2B Edition from your BigCommerce control panel, then return here. Once it's installed and enabled, this page becomes the live enrollment surface and the nav entry activates.

Enrolling a buyer

With B2B Edition active, a rep enters the buyer and company details and submits. On success, the subscription is created and linked to that company, and the rep gets a confirmation with the new subscription's ID.
